Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

All items are made specifically for you once your order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Preference in fit or style

We encourage you to review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by shipping carriers
